STAY HERE WHEN YOU VISIT CANCUN

The condo was in a great location. The air-conditioning worked well, the kitchen was clean and well-stocked with appliances and flatware. The owner provided us with a brand new blender. The parking was safe. The b each was very close and the pool was kept very clean. I liked the store because we could buy snacks. It is a quiet part of Cancun in the Hotel Zone. I can't wait to return and spend more time at the property. My wife enjoyed it as well!

Nice pool, access to beach

The place was clean, had a full size fridge, access to the pool and beach. Not being familiar with Cancun, I was disappointed at the lack of close restaurants but was able to find a nice resident who spoke English and referred me to a place about a five minute walk south that was great for drinks and casual dining. The bus was also extremely easy to use and each ride only a dollar. My only complaints were: 1. the extremely loud upstairs neighbor, who every night for 3 nights in a row around 1am began moving furniture and stomping on the floor. Not sure what that was about, but put my earplugs to good use. I realize this is out of the hands of the owner, but it was annoying. 2. The on site laundry was one poor lady doing TONS of laundry and could not accommodate mine in the time I needed it, so found one down by the Hard Rock, which did a nice job and provided same day service.

Ocean Sounds

Enjoyed the stay at the condo at Brisas in the hotelzone. The experience was enhanced by the sound if the surf from the bedroom doors. Everything was as mentioned in the infirmation.

Schöne Wohnung mir kleinen Macken

Schön gelegene Wohnung, ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Durch die Lage an der Straße muss man nicht durch die Stadt fahren wenn man irgendwohin fahren will. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man für Selbstverpflegung braucht. Leider gibt es keinen Balkon so wie in der Beschreibung, und die Klimaanlage in der Küche ist defekt. Netter Vermieter, antwortet sehr schnell auf Mail's
