Old farmhouse overlooking large courtyard formed by barn, dovecote, bread oven and a mansion in the heart of an ancient wine hamlet. Calm and simplicity. 5 charming rooms.
Enclosed garden ideal for young children as well as pets.
130 m2, 6 to 8 people.
Central heating, parking, garden furniture, fireplace.
Great Library for children and adults, games, toys.

The Loire is within walking distance, as well as two very close rivers, conducive to fishing and walks. Water sports on Lake Loire. Tennis, horse riding, golf, swimming in an environment from 1 to 10km.
The house is located 9 km from the Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont castles, 20 km from Chambord, Chenonceau 30 km.
It is located 8 km from the International Garden Festival of Chaumont and 25 km from Beauval Zoo.

Accueil agréable, hôte très discrète mais attentive à nos demandes. Merci Marie-Claire. Cadre idéal pour découvrir qq magnifiques châteaux tant réputés et en plus nous avons eu la chance d' avoir un temps magnifique.

Le gîte est un très beau bâtiment ancien avec beaucoup de cachet, il est bien équipé, mais il mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et la propreté laisse à désirer. Compte tenu du prix, nous nous attendions à mieux ! Grosse déception !

Quaint cottage
Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay.

maison très agréable et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 enfants. grand jardin pour le chien. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour. Tout était prévu avec tous les equipements pour bebe. Lieu très bien situé, à proximité des châteaux. super hôte et très bien accueillis par Marie Claire. on recommande.

Hof eines ehemaligen kleinen Weingutes im Dorf
Ganz unkomplizierter Check in. Schoene Ferienwohnung im ehemaligen Stallgebaeude mit alten Bruchsteinmauern, alten Keramikfussboeden, Balkendecken mit Holzboeden fuer das obere Stockwerk. Sehr behutsam und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nicht fuer Alle bequeme, steile Treppe zwischen 3 Schlafzimmern oben und Toilette und Bad unten. Fuer Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Hervorragende Lage, um zu Schloessern und Gaerten der Loire und Spazierwegen an den kleinen Fluessen zu gelangen. Fuer Radfahrer sehr gut, ansonsten Auto erforderlich. Wir haben es vom 12. bis 19. Juni 2023 sehr genossen!

Nos amis et nous-même avons été extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour chez Marie Claire. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de location à tous ceux qui recherchent un beau cadre, une belle demeure spacieuse, la qualité des relations avec la propriétaire et la personne de l'accueil ainsi que leur disponibilité et réactivité lorsque nous avons une question à poser. Le seul problème, c'est qu'on n'a plus envie de partir...! Merci pour tout.
