With an exquisite design decoration, with attention to detail and an unbeatable location, this beautiful adults only flat is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people and wifi internet fibre at 1GB. With a beautiful bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower integrated in the space itself. It has a bright room that includes the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, with a comfortable sofa with sea views, Smart TV 40", air conditioning with heat pump and access to the cozy terrace of the flat, where you can contemplate the fantastic views and enjoy the good weather of the place, while enjoying a delicious breakfast. The building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.

Perfect location

Centrally located for all our needs. Groceries, bakery, and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Would have liked an assigned parking spot in the garage associated with the unit as available parking on the street in the area was rare. If I could add one thing to the apartment it would be ceiling fans. It got quite hot at times and no relief from the heat was available at times in this upper unit. Overall we were pleased with it as it was a good value for the price.
