「The room was not clean ( window was dirty in and around it , not clean outside on property, outdoor furniture dirty, and person mowing grass was mowing so that it covered anything outside ). There were cobwebs in the corners of the room , also a few bugs found in room. The door had a gap in the frame when shut which allowed light through it at night in turn lighting the room up at night. 「The property have the best views.」

「A great low cost option, I’d stay there any time.」

「Older facility in a beautiful area, the room had an odor of disinfectant. There were stains on the floors and the ceiling fan had a lot of dust on the blades. You check in via a messaging service and I didn’t notice anyone in or around the property doing any maintenance or cleaning during my stay. It was very quiet at night and there are restaurants in walking distance. If you’re on a tight budget, this may be an option for you. In the future, I’d probably stay elsewhere.」

「The hotel was in the heart of Maggie Valley with beautiful views, running creek from the balcony and mountains from the front. A good breakfast, clean, and great staff. The people above use yelled all night, literally from 3am til 9am. The front desk person gave me a key for us to go sleep in another room which was much appreciated. Thank you for offering the best stay possible.」

「Staff was very helpful and nice. Place could use some fixing up and better cleaning.」
