"The hotel is beautiful, but the most enjoyable thing about the hotel is the staff!!! Always smiling, friendly and ready to help!!! They react positively to every situation and are ready to offer a solution… good or bad.
Plenty of choices for dinner inside and outside the hotel. Great breakfast and enjoyable food and drinks.
Rooms are great, ample beds, bequtifully decorated
If any negative comment, design wise the hotel, although very nice, it is complicated. Rooms can be far away from the beach or pools. Walking around polls and restaurants is rather cumbersome… they are there, but you can only access them thru one specific place. The lobby is kind of secluded. Many amenities (spa, library etc) are out of the way and bars close at 9PM"
