Stay away from this rental and it's owners

Our stay at this rental was quite unpleasant, and I would not recommend it. I booked the apartment for two nights, prioritizing air conditioning (it was August) & a washing machine. Unfortunately, both were problematic and the owner was extremely aggressive and not helpful. First I would agree with another reviewer to not stay her unless you are only traveling with a backpack since it’s a pedestrian only area with several flights of uneven stairs. . When we arrived, the temperature outside was over 93°F, and the apartment was extremely hot. The advertised air conditioning was a small portable unit that required leaving the only window fully open, which made cooling the apartment ineffective and wasteful. The lack of proper ventilation and a thin door exposed to direct sunlight only worsened the situation. To add to our troubles, the washing machine malfunctioned, stopping shortly after starting and leaving our clothes trapped in water. When I contacted the owner through VRBO, there was no response initially. After reaching them by phone, the owner was defensive about the AC issue & suggested using a laundromat as a solution, which would have been very inconvenient given our short stay. After further attempts to resolve the situation, including offering to leave early in exchange for a partial refund, the owners became increasingly uncooperative & eventually stopped communicating altogether. Our stay was uncomfortable/frustrating, making this rental one I cannot recommend!

One night.

Very quaint area, and the studio suited us for the one night that we needed it. Not reachable by car and we had 4 heavy bags. More suited for one person or 2 young people touring with just a backpack.

Le Suquet

Je trouve le studio inapproprié a la location. Peu de place. La éléments comme la caftiere. La bouilloire. Le micro onde étaient très sales. La porte d entrée est trop petite (illégale) en cas de feu il est très difficile de sortir de ce studio. A ne pas recommander.

Cute spot, great location!

This was the cutest little studio in an excellent location in Cannes, we could walk to everything. Very clean and the host was super responsive, great for two people. The parking was in a paid garage very nearby. Would stay again!
