  • This stylish first-floor apartment on Boulevard d'Alsace offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests, complete with free Wi-Fi and a spacious 50 m² terrace. Inside, you'll find two flexible bedrooms with either double or twin beds, each with its own TV and seating area. The living room features a double sofa bed and international TV channels, while the modern kitchen includes an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

    The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and the terrace provides a sunny spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the fresh air outside, this apartment blends convenience and charm in the heart of Cannes.

    Located just 500 m from SNCF Cannes train station and 60 km from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, the apartment is ideally placed for exploring the French Riviera. Nearby attractions include Cannes Garden Tennis Club, Cannes Mougins Golf Country Club, and public pools like Piscine Montfleury. For dining, try New-York New-York, La casa di Nonna, or Jamîn, all within walking distance.
