Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with terrace any comfort in the city center, next to the church of Le Suquet in the heart of the Provence area. A 5mins walk to beaches, restaurants, shops, the Palais des Festival and the Croisette. Completely renovated with taste, wooden floors, exposed stone wall, kitchen open to living room with sofa and dining area. Door opening onto beautiful and large terrace with dining summer. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, toilet. Large flat screen TV, high speed internet WIFI, air conditioning.

Appartement confortable, dans le haut de la vielle ville, confortable avec une terrasse à l'ombre.Un peu sombre car au premier étage et exposé au nord, mais agréable.L'une des chambres est un peu petite (à peine la place de circuler autour du lit), mais dans l'ensemble, un bon point de départ pour découvrir Cannes.

A lovely apartment exactly as described in a great location. Be aware that it’s up a hill. Steps take you to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and you’re close to bars and restaurants, but it’s quiet at nice. A nice terrace to enjoy a meal- some sun but nice shade. Be aware of additional charge for linens. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with host. We would happily come back.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer sehr gut. Schönes Altbau. Schöne Terrasse. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer könnte ausgetauscht werden, denn es quitscht sehr laut und fällt auseinander. Die Türgriffe könnten ebenfalls erneuert werden, sie machen sehr laute Geräusche. Es könnte mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Aber im Allgemeinen finden wir die Unterkunft sehr gut

Perfekte Lage, toller Aufenthalt

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist in Wirklichkeit etwas kleiner als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Aber sehr gut gelegen. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral. Die Altstadt von Cannes nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Sie müssen aber damit rechnen, dass wenn man zum Hafen oder zum Strand möchte muss man entweder die Treppen runterlaufen oder einen etwas längeren Umweg nehmen. Der Weg zurück ist dann bergauf, was für manche schon anstrengend sein könnte. Aber für uns war es kein Problem. Dafür wohnt man in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Das Apartment an sich bräuchte an einigen Stellen erneuert zu werden. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Wegen Sauberkeit des Apartments gibt’s einen Punktabzug. Ansonsten war alles gut. Vielen Dank!

Appartement calme et idéalement situé

Bel appartement avec une petite terrasse, situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble. C'était calme durant notre séjour en aout, je pense qu'on a eu la chance d'avoir des voisins calmes également . L'appartement correspond entièrement à la description qui en est faite. Il est propre et fonctionnel (sauf peut etre la douche qui nécessitera un petit temps d'adaptation pour assimiler l'eau chaude et l'eau froide). Conviendra à une famille de 4 personnes, au delà ca risque d'être un peu étroit. La rue étant uniquement piétonne, il est cependant possible d'y accéder en voiture durant 30 minutes max pour décharger vos bagages ou vos courses, en sonnant à un interphone à l'entrée de la voix piétonne. La police municipale vous ouvrira à distance. Pour le parking, prévoir de prendre un abonnement au parking du Suquet à environ 400 mètres à pied. Au niveau de la situation géographique, vous êtes à proximité de la plage (8 mn à pied) moyennant un escalier à emprunter pour y aller, mais aussi pour revenir (attention, il y a prêt de 90 marches à remonter quand on revient, ca fait une petite séance de sport avant une douche bien méritée) et vous avez tous les restaurants à proximité, que ce soit au Suquet (je recommande le restaurant "tredici" à 40m, les pizzas sont merveilleuses), ou la rue Saint Antoine à 5 mn à pied qui vous amène directement au port de Cannes et à la croisette. Vous aurez l'embarras du choix sur votre trajet pour choisir ce qui vous convient. Il y a également une petite supérette de quartier à 3 mn à pied, ca peut etre pratique pour des petits appoints. Merci à Isabelle pour ses conseils durant le séjour. Bien que nous ne l'ayons pas rencontré directement, elle nous a donné quelques conseils par téléphone et était disponible pour nous aider en cas de besoin.

Nice Spring Stay at Le Suquet

Cozy apartment with balcony pour le beaux jours at the heart of Le Suquet, well located, spacious (for three people), and quiet. The communication with Isabelle has been very kind, practical, and effective to address all questions, requests, and small issues. Highly recommended, especially if you like walking as we do (otherwise there is a small electric bus from the Hotel de Ville climbing to the Suquet in a few minutes).

Fantastische Lage

Wir können uns keine schönere Lage für eine Wohnung in Cannes vorstellen: Eingebettet im wunderschönen Altstadtviertel Le Suquet mit seinen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten, einem atemberaubendem Blick über Cannes und doch so nah zum Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die schönen Natursteinmauern im Innen- und Terrassenbereich sind ein Blickfang. Wir liebten den geschützten Terrassenbereich für Frühstück Abendessen. Das WiFi arbeitete ordentlich. Die Größe ist für vier Personen optimal. Die Kommunikation mit Isabelle war sehr angenehm und die Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe vollkommen problemlos. Dennoch gibt es Verbesserungsvorschläge: Der Küchenbereich inkl. des Inventars muss besser gepflegt und teilweise erneuert werden. Wir hätten z.B. größere Töpfe und schärfere Messer benötigt. Im Badezimmer benötigt man dringend Haken für Hand- und Badetücher. Der Gesamteindruck war so positiv, dass wir, sollten wir Cannes wieder einmal besuchen, gerne noch einmal Isabelles schöne Wohnung mieten würden.
