This bright 24 m² studio, facing the beaches of the Midi, enjoys a prime location just 1 minute from the sea and in the immediate vicinity of the Old Port. Located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, close to restaurants, local shops, bakeries, and supermarkets, it is perfect for a seaside vacation, a solo or couple's getaway, or a quiet business trip.
A functional and well-equipped interior
The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable double bed, television, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. The bathroom with shower, washing machine, and toilet is modern and well-appointed.

Loved this little apartment and its sunny terrace. Its in a great location, close to everything, and still is a calm and quiet place to stay away from the business of Le Croisette.
