Located 10 minutes walk from the beach, close to the train station and the city centre, this studio is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the southern sun.

This nice 21 sq. m studio is located on the 1st floor without lift in a calm and pedestrian street, and is composed of :
- a bright and pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, combined oven/microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a little bathroom with shower,
- WIFI, air conditioning.

## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the sweetness of the South during your stay. Ideally located at 5 min walking distance from the city centre, you will reach the Croisette, the beach and the Palais du Festival in 10 min and the Vieux-Cannes in 15 min. You will also be able to take advantage of all the local shops located around the flat. Finally, thanks to the nearby train station, you can easily explore the cities of the Côte d'Azur.

This property is not as advertised. It’s down a dark and dangerous seeming alley. Very unsafe for a woman staying alone. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and unsturdy. The flat smells slightly of paint and damp. The toilet seat isn’t attached to the toilet. The apartment has been renovated to look nice but the tv doesn’t even have a plug, and everything is a bit of a facade. I wouldn’t recommend
