  • Beautiful sea view in a luxury residence with swimming pool, and caretaker, on the 4th floor with lift, large apartment of 104m2 plus 38m2 of terrace, triple exposures, all comfort, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, and a separate toilet. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the rue d'Antibes, a lively district of Cannes, where you can find everything:-)shops, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, FNAC, Mac Donald.. and 15 minutes walk from the Palais du Festival de Cannes and the Croisette.La white sand beach is 300 metres from the residence.
    A flat rate of 120€ is to be added to the rent. This package includes: cleaning at the end of the apartment, free Internet as well as water and electricity consumption (only 1 flat rate is due regardless of the length of the stay).
