Awesome spot for a big group

Great location for a weekend getaway! Right in the heart of Cannon Beach, close to the beach, and plenty of space for a large party. Would highly recommend.

Hidden Villa Cottages

We rented all six cabins for our (twice-postponed) family reunion and had a great time. The weather was amazing for the first of October. The cabins all show a little wear and tear, as would be expected based on their age, and the usage. However, we found them cute, comfortable, and equipped well enough. It helped that we rented multiple cabins, as many kitchen items had ‘migrated’ from one cabin to another. We loved having our separate spaces, as well as a large gathering space in the middle. One request would be for a fire pit!! Next time, we’ll bring our own. Wish we could request weather as easily as you can request a rental.

Family gathering

We had a great time at the property. We rented all 6 cabins. The younger kids had some space to play in. Close to the beach. Very cute cabins

I found direct question communication a challenge with the property management team. First impression of the property was not great. Landscaping is a disaster, with shrubbery so overgrown that you can't go from cabin to cabin without ducking underneath the bushes. Also the Pond seems like an accident waiting to happen., The Bridge is rotted and the rocks quite sharp. The cabins are small but worked well for our group. We did not use the outside bar-b-que due to a lot of rain and wind, so I can't comment on that. Cottage 1 is in need of a update with both furniture and kitchen sink. Great Location- a lttle work and it would be a Great retreat.

Great for family group

Property was great for our family reunion which included 6 families, most with one or two small children each. However there were no working outside chairs (all were broken) and no outside table. Gatherings in the central area required us getting chairs for everyone and a table to put food on. Owners should really add a picnic table and replace the chairs that are shown in the listing as none of them work. Otherwise they are fine cabins for beach living, conveniently located and adequate.

Hidden villa

First impression was not good. Compared to the surrounding landscape it is an eye sore. There were tall weeds in the courtyard, the grass hadn’t been mowed and was going to seed, the water feature wasn’t working until my husband unplugged it from the outside gfi outlet to an inside outlet (#3)then it worked. The toilet in #6 leaked, the futons/sofa beds were uncomfortable and the futon in #1 was broken and the lumpy mattress had to be moved to the floor. There were dirty sheets on the day bed in #5. The “house” at the back of the courtyard needs upkeep along with fence that’s falling back. The lawn chairs were cracked and duct taped together. On a positive note, the queen beds were comfy, the showers were nice and the barbecue grill worked great. Good location and the overall idea of the cottages and courtyard worked well for our extended family. It is unfortunate that a property with so much potential has not been cared for. Repairs would cost lest than $1,000. This property currently has hidden potential.

Perfect Pandemic Hideaway

Our family nestled in the six rustic cottages and easily practiced social distancing, while being able to congregate in the center courtyard and have safe adventures in beautiful Cannon Beach. The beach itself is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Cottages were clean and well equipped. Thanks!

Great collection of cottages

We rented out all 6 cottages to share the courtyard for a weekend getaway involving almost 20 people. Great little communal area itself and also close to the beach. Would totally stay again with such a large group.
