「Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders」

「Price point was excellent and not far from our event at Marshall University! On site restaurant was very good」

「Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.」

「Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Nice place, only downfall was that the elevators went out overnight. Thus we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs. But everything else was great.」

「great room and service, but unfriendly breakfast staff, slow repalcement of food, lack of hot coffee and chocolate」

「Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area」

「The property was remodeled and had fresh paint and carpet. It was not very soundproof though. We could hear people talking and going in and out of their doors.」

「Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well.」

「Very convenient to the Highway. Property lacked sufficient parking and the grounds had minimal landscaping, etc, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the rate was a bit high for the property, but I would stay here again.」

「Very clean and nice hotel. Our room was perfect and I was pleasantly surprised to see two white robes hanging in the closet. That was a nice touch and the jetted tub was so relaxing after a long trip. Will most definitely stay here again!」

「Nice staff」

「The property is very well updated and clean. Great place to stay with dogs」
