"入住家庭房，有好幾間電燈與充電座都是壞的，請服務人員來修理，服務人員說會再來看，之後就再也沒出現，體驗很糟糕。 We are staying in the family room, and several lights and power outlets are broken. We informed the staff, and they promised to come and fix them, but no one ever showed up. This is a very disappointing experience."
