“Tony was a fantastic host; attentive, welcoming and informative. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Bed extremely comfortable, bathroom spacious with his and hers vanity to get ready.
5 min walk to the hot pools, restaurant and coffee shops.
The grounds are well kept with a seating area overlooking the gold fish pond.
My wife and I were looking for a short getaway and would highly recommend OakView Hanmer Springs.
We will be back for sure!”

“This was our favorite stay in New Zealand. Comfortable house in the cute town of Twizel with lots of dining options, two grocery stores, amazing stars, and convenient to Mt Cook. The house is in a neighborhood so a bit tricky to find at night, but very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a good set up for a family. My only suggestions would be to add lamps (why do New Zealanders hate bedside lamps??) and maybe a few DVDs (after a long day of hiking, would have been nice to watch a……

“Wonderful house in Twizel. Clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. Bit far to walk to town center, but just a 2-3 minute drive.
Only downside was they told us after making the reservation that there were no toiletries (e.g. shower wash & shampoo). Internet password was out of date but they were very responsive in providing updated info so not a big deal.”

“So quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious. Lovely views across the farm and it was beautiful sitting on bean bags out on the lawn with a drink. Great magazines plus a huge selection of books for reading and we were provided with an amazing gift basket of goodies. We have stayed at a lot of places over the years, none of them beat Coldstream Estate.”

“The home was above our expectations. Wonderful location, quiet, warm & well equipped. The wood burning fire was welcoming. Unfortunately (because of the weather) we didn’t have the opportunity to use the spa but it was clean and inviting. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the BBQ. 美觀格調酒店，空調及枕頭待改善的舒適體驗
"酒店非常美觀，酒店樓下已經有很多車位可以讓住客免費泊車，而且進到酒店接待處，會發現好像基督城植物園般被很多樹包圍的感覺，非常漂亮。
Check-in的時候，酒店職員也送了兩塊曲奇招待我們。
酒店房間以及廁所的裝潢也非常具格調很漂亮，洗澡時熱水供應迅速，而且充足。
唯一希望改善的東西是，酒店的空調即使調到最大風最冷都是有點熱，不知道是否酒店中央系統已經預設了某個溫度，睡覺時有點熱不斷醒過來；枕頭有點不夠軟，睡得不太舒服。
整體來說是很有格調的酒店。"

"地點非常棒！就在湖邊，從後面直接走到湖邊很方便，走路可以到牧羊人教堂跟吃飯逛街的地方。不過房間隱私就稍差，會被看到，但美景萬歲，可以自炊，飯店的大客廳跟餐廳景緻都很好，晚上塞滿人，一位難求！房間小，大行李箱不好開，不過是hostel,也算正常,不過我們住的房間暖氣壞掉，被子超級無敵暖，最後沒睡好（踢被子太冷，蓋被子又太熱…）"

"離基督城機場很近，不需要過馬路，飯店乾淨舒適，少見的還提供拖鞋！到的當天有點晚了，附近及機場都沒什麼可以吃，好在拜託櫃檯預約飯店頂樓餐廳，非常好吃！景觀也很美！剛好緩解了長途飛機的疲勞！"
