Good location but needs new beds

PROs: great location, easy walk into town, spacious and clean, easy parkingCONs: beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, few amenities (no bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues), did not receive any check in information prior to arriving and had to call to find out how to enter property
