“En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones. Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel the only thing I would say needs improvment is to put up sound dampening stuff because you can hear everyone and would have liked the pool to be heated a little but the hotel is beautiful the staff was excellent the rooms are beautiful”

“I'm a native English speaker, but some of the hotel staff spoke limited English. I tried to learn as much as I could before my trip, and it was really helpful! I was able to communicate a bit with the staff. Everyone was friendly and took good care of my wife and me. The property was well maintained, and the pool was refreshing, especially considering how hot it was; it was not heated. “They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.”

“I’ve stayed there several times over the years and it hasn’t changed since my first stay… quiet and friendly area and the rooms are clean with a large shower and bathroom area… highly recommend, especially when needing something close to the airport… great seafood restaurant around the corner (Marisquería Cangrejo Rojo) and shopping down the street.”
