SECLUDED, Yet just 10 minutes away from First Monday Trade Days, this "PLEASANT PLACE" Getaway is peaceful, charming, and completely surrounded by nature. This lovely 2 bedroom / loft / 2 bathroom home is completely furnished with linens, towels, and a full kitchen with a gas stove top and double ovens.
Bedroom #1 has a kingsize, fully organic mattress for a healthy nights sleep.
Bedroom #2 has a queen Murphy bed (pulls down from wall).
The downstairs 1 1/2 bathroom opens into the king bedroom and also into the hallway.

Upstairs, there is a loft (access via stairs, not a ladder), with a pillow top queen bed and a full bathroom.
The loft overlooks the kitchen / living area, with beautiful outdoor views.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is a Haverty's standard sleeper with upgraded mattress.

You are welcome to try fishing in our pond but it is not stocked. There are small perch and we have occasionally caught catfish.
Sorry, NO swimming (water activities) allowed and NO using of pedalboat or kayaks.

Our house is also on this property, approximately 100 yards from Pleasant Place Getaway. There is also a "visual" block (storage building) in between the 2 houses for your privacy.
This property is a wonderful family atmosphere. :-)

ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ADDED for unapproved pets and early check in, or more guests than what is stated in your reservation.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. (10am on First Monday Fri/Sat.)
Late check out may be available upon request.
RATES are based on 2 people. For couples (2 person stay and using downstairs only, I will deduct $40 of the cleaning fee).
Additional guests are $15 per night per person. Maximum 6 adults, 2 children under 12
FIRST MONDAY RATES ARE HIGHER.
