Lovely place to stay. The lake entrance is amazing and we were able to swim and be on the water all day. The house is gorgeous and the sunsets are stunning from the deck. Will stay again!

The house is amazing, it has everything you need to stay: full equipped kitchen, board games, confortable furniture, a trail for a privet area by the lake with chairs and gazebo and the best view of a sunset on the lake. I highly recommend this property.

This house is so spacious and has amazing views! Theres a restroom in every floor. The rooms are great as well and back patio is perfect for large family gatherings! We really enjoyed it!

Loved this spacious home on the Lake. Great views and plenty of room for everyone in our group. Wonderful spacious kitchen. Loved having the Gazebo. It came in very handy. House was clean & service was great also.

Great lake house that has plenty of room for friends and family. The walk down is not the easiest, but at the bottom there is a wonderful gazebo area, a fire pit and best of all a concrete bulkhead that makes it really easy to fish, kayak and swim from.

From check in to check out everything was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The view was wonderful and we had access to the lake which is always a must for our crew. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. We enjoyed playing games on the game table, grilling on the balcony (again with a gorgeous view), and relaxing by the water. Will stay here again!

We loved our stay at this home. Waterfront with excellent lake views as advertised. It is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy. The home was clean and comfortable. We met our daily workout (cardio) walking down to the lake shore...lol. We look forward to coming back!

Pros: breathtaking view, newly remodeled bathrooms, great access to lake on small cove, nice gas grill, beds in bedrooms were very comfortable Cons: bunk room beds not very comfortable and the room was dark and dingy, internet access did not work, the ceiling tiles were falling out downstairs, downstairs ac took a very long time to cool when we first got there (like a good 24 hours)

Check in seamless. House clean. Upstairs master is fabulous. Kids said downstairs rooms were stuffy and musty. Multiple doors stick due to age/weather. House stocked with everything we needed. Awesome lakefront access for floating/kayaking. If all bedrooms were as nice as master, it would be best house on Canyon Lake.

This house was perfect! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The deck is the perfect place to look out onto the water. The gazebo is a great place to watch the sunset. It is also about a 10 minute drive to the boat ramp, in case you wanted to rent a pontoon for the day. The washer and dryer/ dishwasher are brand new. The kitchen was also very well equipped with grilling tools, lots of utensils, plates and bowls, spices, pots and pans, and even a coffee maker! I cannot recommend this house enough.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is somewhat "tired", but worked fine for us. The great room is perfect for cooking, dining and enjoying one another. In the kitchen there are plenty of plates, glassware and silverware. We were surprised there was no aluminum foil or storage bags, as we've had them other places. The grocery store was not far away. The drawer next to the refrigerator is broken. The bedrooms were fine; master suite very spacious; others were small. We really appreciated the Christmas tree being left up. We had brought our gifts and could sit by the tree and open them. Grandchildren enjoyed the downstairs den to play games. We had one warm day and enjoyed walking down to the water. There were pieces of metal in the driveway that could easily be tripped over or run over by a car. The grill needs to be upgraded or replaced. We had a wonderful time and hated to head our separate ways home. Happy New Year!!

Water in Canyon Lake was disappointing and was very low compared to photos shown on vrbo. House was not renovated, kitchen was old, although there were many beds. If it really was shown on HGTV, it's still not worth the price per night.
