Under the main house there is a studio apartment (separate entrance) with a queen bed and a Twin over Queen bunk bed. This space has a fridge, microwave and sink as well as a full bathroom. Downstairs is a game room (separate entrance), with a 65 inch Smart TV, foosball, board games and more! The game room has been expanded to include a full bath and 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds. The addition is 700 sq ft. The game room can be accessed from the driveway and also from the apartment. Basketball net and concrete pad added! The house is on stilts to accommodate for lake views, with ample seating on the top deck. This is the perfect vacation home! Great for family get-together, no parties allowed, residential neighborhood with quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 am. Parking available for a boat or jet skis (no trailers or RV's allowed) or space to park 5-6 vehicles. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

With boat ramp 7 just down the street, (all boat ramps to Canyon Lake are currently closed due to lake levels) it's easy to get the jet skis and boat out on the water for an afternoon of fun and relaxation with your family and friends. After your day on the water come home to spend the evening entertaining on the spacious deck while the kids enjoy the downstairs game room. Take your morning coffee on the deck and watch the neighborhood wildlife- deer, birds, and foxes, visiting the feeders or looking for handouts. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO PETS. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
