Private: property 10'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm system. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 40 km. Nearby attractions: Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 23 km, Montecatini Terme 27 km, San Giuliano Terme 23 km, Firenze 70 km, Viareggio 41 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 101 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 41 km, Torre del Lago 43 km. Hiking paths: Levigliani Antro del Corchia Park 67 km. Please note: car recommended.
