The outside of the property is very unkept. The handrails are falling apart and wrapped im caution tape. The grills are fill ed with cigarette butts.

Nice neighborhood. Entire complex has structural problems. Rotting wood. Need paint job.

While the unit was clean. Quite a few of the dishes were broken. Living room table leg fell off. It was located in a nice area but the building is unsafe. Rotting railing. Need paint job. Very run down.
