Week of dissatisfaction.

The property was extremely run down and very unkept. The unit had been redone but the bathroom door didn’t latch much less lock.Listing side, washer and dryer, but it was a pay washer and dryer outside and another area..

Top-notch host

The property is ideally located. It definitely needs a few updates and some better and more comfortable furniture but it served the purpose. The host was awesome and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process.

this property is currently in the process of being upgraded. the units are clean and have been renovated and are very nice. pool area and outside landscaping need work but we see that this is underway. great location staff is attentive and very helpful

It was a nice stay! The apartment was very clean. The overall faculty was not fancy but quirky and cute. The location is a short uber to cocoa beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large. I’d stay again.
