Great gathering place in Cape Charles

We found the property to be spacious, well furnished, cozy. Kitchen was very nice, including dishes an cutlery. Beds very comfortable. We would stay there again.

The house itself was well maintained and I would definitely recommend this house to others. The realtor was very responsive to anything I needed during the stay. The photos are accurate and well taken to highlight the home. I give this an overall five star for everything!!

quick get away

We love Cape Charles and have never been disappointed in our stays. This town is growing and in a good way. You still feel like you have stepped back in time but the restaurants and shops are the best. The people here are wonderful and of course the water always feels peaceful.

Reviewer Comments: The house itself was very nice, recently renovated while retaining the historic charm, nicely decorated, pretty clean, and well stocked. While the house was further from the beach, it didn't matter much because we rented golf carts. We would stay again.A few criticisms: -The mattresses seemed a bit old or cheap. The sheets on our bed were ripped.-The outdoor trash can was overflowing upon arrival. We put the trash out for pick-up on Tuesday, but it was overflowing again by the time we left. They need to either provide a second outdoor can or have pick up more than once a week. -The kitchen trash can was huge and too big for the provided liners, and the standard liners we purchased at the store were also too small. This caused trash to fall outside of the liner throughout the week. They should provide a smaller, standard sized can. -The property management company wrote the wrong address on the envelope with the keys which left us guessing which house was ours. -They also provided one key that worked and one key that didn't and was obviously cut for another house. The house has key pad locks on the doors but we were not provided the numbers - not sure why not.

Perfect House for Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It was so open and roomy inside and the wrap around porch was incredible, so wide with so many seating options. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms upstairs were huge! The block is quiet with nicely updated houses. Being one block from the park was great for our kiddos. Definitely get a golf cart as it’s a bit far from the beach. The house came with two really nice bikes and helmets in shed that offered room for our own bikes, and lots of nice beach chairs. We have been coming to Cape Charles for 10 years and this is definitely a favorite!

Relaxing family vacation spot

Our group of 10 family members loved everything about our stay at Latitude Adjustment in Cape Charles. We did lots of walking and biking on our trips to the beaches, the central park, and to the shops on Mason street. I am sure that a golf cart could have made things quicker but we enjoy a leisurely stroll and everything is within a few blocks. The house had plenty of space for relaxing and the bedrooms were a great fit for our group. We also enjoyed the large kitchen and dining room when it was time to prepare and serve meals. Overall it is an excellent property and we look forward to our next stay!

High School Guys Trip Reunion

Perfect location in town and in a short bike ride to everything Cape Charles has to offer. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Great time was spent listening to music, while grilling out and playing cornhole. Would highly recommend to others looking for a relaxing escape.
