「A/C was not on upon arrival after midnight. Where do you go without A/C on? We had difficult journey. Hot and lathered in sweat. After midnight.
Took couple days to figure out how to open heavy sliding doors with broken wrist and the A/C we thought was broken. It should be on. With instructions next to the controls 」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「Don’t know till I was checking in that they charge 5 a night for parking. I reserved through a third party app that said parking was free. I also am now looking at my bill wondering why I was charged more than what the third party app said. 」

「Nice Hotel to stay at. The continental breakfast is not included, rather $10’s per person. And if you wanted the full hot breakfast bar with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and grits it’s $18 per person. It still was very good and everything was very clean. It was a little tricky getting into the parking lot because it’s between two other buildings hidden behind trees from the Hwy. 」
