「We had a great time at Brhett's lovely home. Brhett was very attentive throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out we experienced zero issues. We loved the outdoor living. Having a large TV on the lanai was perfect. It was a nice surprise that Brhett had an acoustic guitar available. I had decided not to schlep mine around. The best compliment I find I can give when doing these reviews is that we will gladly return. We visit the area often.」

「This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. 「The listing is accurate. The house was recently built and has a great modern design. Our favorite spots were the tiki hut on the dock, the kitchen and the pool with the screen enclosure. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. The only opportunity for improvement is that it was missing a paddle for one of the kayaks. Overall awesome house. Highly recommended!」
