Beautiful newly remodeled Gulf access, 4-bedroom 2.5 baths, pool home with den for extra sleeping or office space. Granite countertop kitchen with new appliances and equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy the view from the tiki of Meadowview Lake with access to the intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of America. Heated pool (for an extra fee) with outdoor shower in large, screened lanai. Located in nice neighborhood halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Perfect for a family getaway in the Sunshine State.

Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is the closest beach. It's about 30 minutes away. Fort Myers Beach is the next closest one which is about an hour away.
Punta Gorda airport is only 20 minutes away.
Fort Myers airport is about 45 minutes away.

Loved this property!!!

My family and I really enjoyed this property. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The beds, pillows and blankets all felt new and clean. Our kids loved the pool and going out on the dock to look for fishies. The location was great too! Close drive to Punta Gotda Downtown and airport. But away enough for peace and calm. We really loved it here and would gladly come back again!

Can't wait to visit again!

We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years and have always been very pleased with the accommodations, however this is at the very top of the list. Not only was it immaculate and extremely comfortable, the home was also well appointed. It had everything you would possibly need and more (beach towels, box fan, plastic dishes for outside, basic spices/oils, baking dishes, pans, plastic and paper products for the home, etc.) It was a great location between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda, and we can't wait to visit again!
