We had a good time.

We had a good time. The house was very clean and organized. The only problem was the master bedroom fan not working, we had to buy a new propane gas for the barbecuer and the solar pool cover in very poor conditions, leaving pieces of plastic in the water. All the people that I had contact with were very friendly and cooperative.

The pool area is wonderful.

The pool area is wonderful. Its perfect for relaxation or getting in a few laps! The property is close to great places to eat if you choose to go out to eat - Bert's is a must - their live music in the evenings is wonderful! The property was very clean and our stay was nothing short of fabulous! We'll be back again!

We've stayed at several different rentals and have been pleased with the cleanliness and basic necessities ...bedding....kitchen...etc. The staff of Vestiva vacation rentals are very pleaeasant and easy to work with. We had several weather related problems last year during our visit. The staff was extremely efficient and promp about getting the problems corrected. This was our third year staying in one of their properties. We had our rental questions answered within 24 hrs when we were in the process of setting our rental up.....this attention was very appreciated.

The house was very nice.

The house was very nice. I have three things that were issues for me. Two are minor and one was major. Two minor ones are no skimmer for the pool and no large pans for cooking pasta or a large skillet. Major issue for me was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was horrible. It was the worst mattress that I have ever slept on. I would rent this house again in a heart beat, but the mattress could be a deal breaker. The property manager was not very friendly when she can over when we were leaving.
