Great Stay
Klaus was a great host - very nice and helpful. The house is very clean, great furniture. The master bathroom is wonderful- two large vanities with sinks. Our only negative was the pool area as its small and could be cleaner. Everything else was 5 star.

Perfect Getaway
This spot was a little gem. The house was fully equipped with anything you would need, very clean and nicely decorated. We spent a lot of time fishing and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and peaceful evenings. Perfect location to restaurants! Klaus was attentive and kind and the check-in and check out experience was easy and went very smooth. Highly recommend!

This property is awesome - location is very convenient to Cape Coral and Ft Myers. (The Host) Klaus came over and met us to answer any questions we had. The house was extremely clean as was the pool area. We would highly recommend.

Great house!
This house had everything you would want! Fantastic location on wide canal, great house for entertaining, close to many restaurants and Klaus was wonderful to deal with.! I would definitely recommend this house!

Exceeded expectations!
We had an awesome stay at the property. The location was perfect, walking distance to town and very close to the river for getting out boat that we brought out onto the big water. Klaus was very accommodating and we found the property exactly as described. The boat lift was perfect for our 20 ft. Boston Whaler. The swimming pool was very nice and we enjoyed biking every morning about 10 miles around the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral. Can't wait to return!

Great location!
Great house! Pretty much everything was here, pool towels, pool floats, noodles, etc!!! Super nice host and great restaurant recommendations from him! Pool deck is very slippery, we laid down towels to keep from slipping. You can fish right off the dock! My girls want to come back already! Great family rental!

Great house!
My husband and I stayed while visiting family in area. A perfect house, great layout, very clean with everything you would need while vacationing. Easy check in process and had a book to reference about rules, local info. etc. I was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a lovely time at Casa Bianca. Klaus was wonderful and a great source of information on the restaurants in the área. The house was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative… it rained often. It gave us the opportunity to hang out at the house more and enjoy our family time together.

Great vacation Home
We had a wonderful stay in this property. The owner is local and was very available. We stayed while tropical storm Elsa made her way through the area. We lost power around 5:00 AM one morning and I notified Klaus of the issue and he responded right away. We would definitely stay again!

4th of July get away week end
Very nice home everything you need for a long weekend or more . Great location to watch fireworks and never have to leave many restaurants and shops in area we will be back. Property manager very nice and helpful with things to do in that area

Perfect home and location
Casa Bianca was everything we were looking for. The screened in lanai and backyard pool was the perfect area for outdoor dining and relaxing. The home itself had everything we needed inside. We also enjoyed the wonderful sitting area by the boat lift. We rented at 24 deck boat from Cape Coral Boat Rentals that was delivered right to the lift. It was a beautiful cruise to Fort Myers Beach by boat, and a short drive by car as well. Casa Bianca gave us all the fun of SW Florida with the feeling of home! Can't wait to come back!!

This was a wonderful stay . The house is beautiful and in a perfect location . We rented a pontoon boat for the week and it was so easy taking it in and out from the property . Klaus was a wonderful Host And gave us many tips on fishing , restaurants and the area . We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave .

Wonderful stay!
We had a great staycation at Casa Bianca. Even though we had limited activities due to COVID-19, the house was the perfect escape from our own home. We loved being able to wake up poolside, and made the short drive to Sanibel for some beach time. Klaus was very communicative throughout the process to ensure our concerns around COVID-19 were addressed, and he made sure that the house was sparkling clean. Would definitely recommend this property!

Awesome Getaway
House was bright and welcoming with lots of space for the children. Pool was absolutely lovely and close enough to the house to keep an eye on the kids and go in and out easily. Beautiful neighborhood on the water. Enjoyed our coffee in the early morning sunshine by the lake. Klaus and his wife were the best hosts and extremely accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some R&R. We will definitely return soon!

Perfect Getaway
The home is open and roomy and exceptionally clean. It is well stocked with all of the appliances you could possibly want. The location is very close (5 minute drive) to great restaurants, breweries, and ice cream! This is a perfect boating location with the canal located right off the river for easy access to Ft. Meyers, Sanibel, and Captiva. Klaus is a great host and can advise on anything you need. We had a great time. I would definitely go back.

We visit Florida with our dog and research pet friendly rental homes. Most have been fine but this one is exemplary. It is near the water, near grocery stores, and several restaurants from casual to fine dining. The layout of the house is open and airy with excellent amenities. We especially enjoyed the lanai with an ample size pool in which to float around and enjoy the scenery of the canal and Bikini Bay where dolphins like to pass through. Highly recommended and we will rebook.

The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to nice restaurants and other services. We we’re able to watch beautiful sunsets from the outdoor patio, as well as swim in a sparkling clean pool. The house clean, bedding and furniture comfortable , kitchen large and useful to several persons at a time. Recommended to anyone.

A quiet and relaxing getaway
This property was wonderful. The photos are spot on. Everything about this place is relaxing. The beds are so comfortable, the doors and windows open up entirely onto the pool deck for a lovely and comfortable environment. We enjoyed turning on the porch lights and sitting out on the pool deck in the evenings. Klaus was a wonderful host and he gave us all the information we needed. The location was prime for taking day trips out to nearby islands and into Fort Myers but also having a place to come back and relax quietly at the end of the day. We'd recommend this place to anyone. A perfect pool size for kids as well!

Great Place
We rented this home for a month. Klause was a great host. Upon our arrival, he walked us through the house demonstrating how the TV, AC and pool controls operated. Anytime I contacted him with a concern, he replied within 1/2 hour. All concerns were minor and immediately addressed. The home itself is great. Great location to downtown, beaches and Ft. Myers. The home itself was very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the linai or the canal deck. You can’t go wrong renting this place.
