Cozy Cape

Great place to stay. Has everything you need to make you feel at home. Pool is wonderful. Close to some of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in and check-out. Heather and Tonnie were easy to work with and responded to any questions quickly. Definately recommend Cozy Cape!

Great Home in the middle of Cape Coral

The house was very clean. The decorations are very nice. The outside area is awesome. There are plenty of toys and such for pool play. They keep the pool nice and warm, which isn't always the case I have found in other VRBO's. The yard is fenced with a privacy fence and was great for our dog.The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking device you could possibly want. The house is a two level layout with the master bed and bath upstairs. This makes it very nice for privacy. The house is not the "traditional" Florida open type layout, it seems more like something from home (up north). The manager is very responsive to any communications and very helpful. We had originally checked into another home (different company) and it was unsuitable and not maintained. Heather worked to get us into her place the next day early when we told her about our issues.A great home and stay, didn't want to leave.
