A welcome and instruction binder would have been helpful along with a garage door opener. Also!! A notice when the pool maintenance company and yard maintenance people were going to be there would be a definite must. The one afternoon I got my husband to relax outside in a chair they showed up 15 min later without a notice of coming in, it was awkward. Everyone was very nice and helpful! I had questions that I think an information binder would have answered. Also to schedule a meet with someone when you first check in vs a time frame when they will stop by would be helpful. We had plans for the next morning that we were not able to change so did not meet with anyone in person.
