The house was perfect for our needs - the towels, bedding could be updated but kitchen was very well appointed- all of the beach chairs were broken- adding a couple of those plus a couple of lounge chairs for the pool would be great- quite a noisey location with traffic

Review of the home and area

First time in SWFL and Cape Coral, stayed for 6 weeks to escape the winter up north, needed a pet friendly place, layout of the home was good and easily accommodate a family with kids but was just two of us, reservation check-in and property management was all great, the home is a bit dated and required some upgrades to plumbing and pool filtration ,but ok considering small pets frequent the home, it’s on a main road so you’ll hear the traffic, and drivers in Cape Coral can be a bit aggressive, location is good but most beaches are about an hour or more in traffic, management company and personnel were very friendly and quick to respond.
