Gulf Access Waterfront Large One or Two Bedroom In Law Suite

Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge. Please read rules tab within this property listing.

Very clean place in a nice neighborhood. Brandy checked in every day to see if we needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Peaceful Canalside Apartment with everything you could need.

Peaceful spacious spotlessly clean well appointed accomodation . Had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. gorgeous view from lanai onto canal . Host communication was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely return or highly recommend this accommodation for any friend or family looking for a base in the South Florida region.

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with view of canal out back porch. Cape cork and surrounding area still shows a lot of destruction fro Hurricanes Ian.

Boat in Boat out

I stayed here with my boat. East canal access to the river/gulf. Clean little place with comfortable beds. The sea wall is concrete so don’t forget your bumpers. Would stay again.
