House was great!

The house was beautiful and well equipped. My family enjoyed the pool, spa and water views. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need to make dinners for your group. It would have been helpful to have a detailed book on the house explaining how the pool and spa worked and other details on the house.

Gorgeous waterfront property!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of room for 3 couples. We had a small issue with the hot tub not heating properly. The Roelens property management contact responded quickly and was very helpful but it took 2 days before the problem was resolved. Loved the area and enjoyed walking to the Charlotte Harbor Preserve to walk the beach and collecting shells. Two suggestions to make future stays more enjoyable: a full size coffee pot. The single pod coffee maker sufficed but having a full pot of coffee ready for 6 adults would have worked much better. Also, a few more coffee mugs. There were a few mugs but not enough for 6 people at one time. Otherwise, it is a delightful property! We loved the area and will be back!
