Wow!
This property exceeded our expectations. My children (ages 22-5) and I stayed from May7th- May 11th. The home was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space and the common areas were big enough to hold us all comfortably. The pool was amazing. This home is close by many beaches and downtown Fort Myers. The neighbor was friendly and welcoming and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our visit. I would certainly suggest this home to anyone looking to stay in that area. Thanks for making our trip great! We hope to stay at this home again.

Short Getaway
The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated! The price was very competitive for the Cape Coral area! An added surprise was the wildlife surrounding the canal and vacant lot next door. Loved the convenience of the pool and beautiful outdoor living space! Would love to come back to this home! They were thoughtful on offering special amenities and toys to make the stay perfect for travelers!

Beautiful home and neighborhood
The property was just as we expected. It was very clean and comfortable. Was just what we were looking for. The grandchildren and the whole family especially loved the pool and hot tub area. We had everything there that we needed we would definitely stay again. The neighborhood was wonderful and so were the neighbors.

Beautiful property on fresh water canal in nice neighborhood. Heated pool (with pool toys), hot tub and plenty of amenities. Close to restaurants, grocery and other shopping. Easy drive to Manatee Park and Fort Myers Beach.

Lanai, pool and spa made for a great get-away!
Lovely home with many amenities…..lanai, pool, spa, comfortable master bedroom with outstanding closet! The kitchen offered everything we needed and more! Owner’s instructions were comprehensive. We did have to contact them regarding a few remotes with dead batteries and a couple of insignificant items. There were only two of us, but the home has room for a large gathering of family or friends.

Heaven on earth
Spacious, beautiful, inviting, dog-friendly home. It was the perfect combination of peaceful but centrally located. The pool and hot tub were excellent to come back to after a day at the beach. The master bedroom/closet/bathroom are the stuff of dreams. The home balances beautiful decor with comfort seamlessly. Communication from the owners was timely and friendly. We will definitely plan a return visit. Special thank you to the owners for allowing us to bring our dogs - we appreciate being able to stay in such wonderful accomodations with our fur babies.

Villa at Lake Mohave
Fantastic home in a central location on Cape lCoral. Vacation with family. Spacious and luxurious home on canal with view of lake Mohave. Wildlife watching on the canal. We had a tremendous time. Hosts were great. Will definitely book again soon.

Stayed for a week with a big family group of 9 ranging in all ages. The house was spacious and accommodating to all of us. Some unsatisfactory things: 1. Pool was not properly clean during the entire duration of our stay, the water was cloudy and had a hint of green even after “cleaning,” there was even a spot with green algae in a bench corner. Also, the netting was broken in areas and the bugs would get in and inevitably be all over the pool. 2. The hot tub never heated 3. The family bathroom’s tub had poor drainage and would not actively drain while showering, it would pool at our feet up to our calves and take at least an hour to drain after 1 person was done showering. 4. The air conditioning is hard set at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, which is OFFENSIVELY hot in the Florida summer. 5. The washing machine needs a deep clean and sanitize.

Truly Wonderful Rental!
The property is accurate listed, but looks even better in person! The couches are virtually brand new. The decor throughout is beautiful, coordinated, and not cluttered one bit. Smart TVs, Fans, and light options in every room as well as in backyard. Plenty of toys available for the kids inside and out. The exterior all around is clean and well manicured. The pool, hot tub, and hang out areas in and outside of the screened-in lanai were awesome. Loved having fresh towels by the pool ready to go upon arrival, and appreciated strong pool/spa heater and strong AC inside! Didn’t catch any fish outside, but beautiful canal and lake view nonetheless. Next door empty lot is actually pretty well kept and rest of street clean and quiet so no concerns at all. Close to everything. Property Management was great; super responsive via the platform. There were some super minor signs of wear and tear (rug outside, a few walls, loose door knob or two, one broken screen panel, one loose tub faucet, crack in granite by kitchen sink, a few and a bunk and a chair with a lean), but nothing to actually call in for repair nor anything to be of any bother to us at all whatsoever. We absolutely loved our stay, would recommend to anyone, and would gladly go back again! Thanks so much to the team for offering up this property for rent and maintaining it so well. 🙏

Perfect house to start our summer!
This house was perfect for relaxing, entertaining kiddos, and located perfectly for visiting many beaches! The kids loved fishing, swimming, watching tv outside to rest, watching iguanas, and most importantly, not getting sun burned!! The pool enclosure truly helps block some uv rays! The kids would swim for hours and moms would just lay and tan, and we would never burn!

The pool and view from it is amazing. Lots of iguanas and other wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. The host was great with communication and accommodation - quick to respond and fix any issues we had. There was also everything we could have needed in the house. We had a great time!

Another great visit to Cape Coral. Property had everything we needed. View of Lake Mohave was amazing. We had a few issues pop up but communication with owner was excellent and were resolved. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing trip to Cape Coral.

We had a great week staying at this Cape Coral rental house. The owner, Aaron, was unbelievably helpful for the few issues we had and made sure they didn’t affect our week. We basically spent the entire week in the pool with the kids. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!!!

Lovely House
Enough space for all 3 adults and 3 teens to be comfortable and the adults to relax. The pool was excellent way for the teens to enjoy the time so we didn’t have to be out the house everyday. The neighbors were nice. A lot of fun things to do close to the house

Not quite what we expected
The house is decent , not luxurious. The living room furniture is horrible. The upholstery covers don’t fit right so the cushions fall off the couch and chairs. There were some maintenance issues that need attention. I don’t think the chemical balance in the pool is correct because 3 of us got ear infections.

Hello, I truly apologize that our property did not meet your expectations. We strive for utmost guest satisfaction with every reservation. We are addressing your concerns about the slip covers on the furniture. The furniture was a beautiful white color but was stained with people wearing wet suits. The furniture is extremely comfortable but the covers can be an issue if not installed correctly. We will address this issue. Regarding the maintenance issues, I do apologize for the minor items (towel bar holder and loose faucet) that needed to be repaired during your stay. We have had steady bookings and we needed to work our repair man into the schedule to ensure these items were repaired in a timely manner. With regards to the chemicals in the pool, we have been using a professional pool service for years and our pool guy has been in business in the area for many years and the chemicals are tested weekly and the PH is adjusted according to the test results. If an ear infection occurred I am not sure it is a direct result of the pool chemicals as we have never had this issue before. I do know how uncomfortable they can be especially if it is a case of swimmers ear, which is caused by water resting in the ear. We are disappointed that these items detracted from your stay as a high quality experience is what we aim for with every guest. Thank you,

Break from the Northeast Winter
My wife and I spent a week here in March, and had a great stay. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and Fort Myers. There is very little traffic on the canal behind the house, making it much quieter than other Cape Coral properties on canals that we've stayed in. The heated pool and hot tub were great fun.

Week break from winter cold!
Our week stay at the house was very nice. We cooked one to two meals a day at the house and only missing tool was kitchen scissors. (K-cups if anyone is wondering on coffee maker). Used the pool and hot tub daily. Location was very convenient and neighborhood was quiet. Saw river otters in the canal one day. The host was responsive. Would both recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Very nice property conveniently located between the Cape Coral Bridge and the Veterans Memorial bridge for access to Ft Myers. Lots of nice restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice pool and Spa. Had an issue with the keyless entry code on second day. Reached out to Damian and and he immediately called me back and corrected the issue. Excellent service from the ownership team.

Living room furniture is not like the pictures
The Living room furniture is awful. The Slip covers are a horrible color and not at all comfortable. The furniture should be thrown in a dumpster. The rest of the house is pretty much like the pictures

Perfect stay
We enjoyed our family -stay in this house, which had so pretty bedrooms and a large living -room. The saltwater - pool with the temperated water was perfect for staying in a long time! In the evening, when the baby slept, we could listen the TV outside on a comfortable large sofa. A good choice!
