Very cozy spot for a weekend getaway. The pool is great, and the kayaks are perfect for exploring the canal.

Awesome and peaceful

This is one of the best places, cleanest places that I’ve rented in a long time it was very roomy, peaceful, great neighbors, and very enjoyable. You will not regret staying at this home. I will be back.

60th birthday

The house was very nice, clean, tons of space. The boat dock needs a little tlc on the outer part for ease of loading and unloading boat. I wish it would have been a little easier to communicate with property manager but other than that we had a great time!

Not Perfect, but Still Pretty Good

There is plenty of space, with separate areas if you want some alone time. Everything you'll need in the kitchen away from home to cook good meals. Pool was heated, so it made swimming on cold nights fun. More towels would be nice, especially outdoor towels. Overall nice property

Amazing

We had an unforgettable time at this property. The house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gulf access was a major plus, and we loved spending time in the heated pool. The available kayaks added an extra layer of fun for everyone. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Getaway

Took the family here for a spring break getaway. Enjoyed the home. It was clean, well organized, up to date furnishings, quiet neighborhood. We fished off the dock, used the hot tub/pool and pool table. Rented a boat one day and went down to Sanibel. The boat rental was close by, but you can have it delivered to the dock at the house. Local food is amazing with several pet-friendly options. Even found Detroit-style pizza! Would definitely recommend and book again. Thanks!

Lack of communication

The pool was not warm like we paid for. This was for my daughter's 16th birthday. The spa was broken and someone was supposed to come and never showed. There were not enough towels or washcloths. The place was dirty especially the kitchen.

Family time

Overall, the property itself is quite lovely. The cleanliness is commendable, and the rooms were very nice—spacious and well-decorated, making it a pleasant retreat during my vacation. Unfortunately, two of the lights broke during my visit and, despite bringing it to the attention of the management, they were never fixed while I was there. This made things a bit inconvenient as I had to navigate the room in semi-darkness at times.Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to learn that I had to pick between having the pool heated or the jacuzzi on; both could not be used at the same time. It seemed rather limiting, especially since I was looking forward to fully enjoying both amenities during our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It's clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beaches, exploring the gulf access waterways, and dining at great local restaurants. The heated pool and available kayaks were a huge hit with everyone. Highly recommend for an unforgettable vacation!
