You can enjoy a brand new house that sleeps 9, bring the whole family & grandparents to have fun. It has a no step main entrance.

Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the tranquil waters, where you can witness stunning sunrises and mesmerizing sunsets.

You will see boat and Kayak enthusiasts using the waterway. Coral Oaks Golf Course is 6 mins.

It is designed with accessibility in mind. Our property is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate grandparents and individuals with limited mobility, ensuring everyone can enjoy a comfortable and inclusive stay.

With a convenient ramp leading directly into the house, guests can effortlessly access the property without the need to navigate steps or stairs. Inside, 2 of our bathrooms are specially designed with a spacious no step layout, allowing for seamless entry into the shower without the need to lift a leg.

This thoughtful design ensures that individuals with mobility limitations can move around freely and independently.

The Master bedroom has a view of the canal, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed plus it also has a canal view. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and its own accessible bathroom which is designed with a no step into the shower for ease of accessibility, the 4th bedroom has double decker bunk beds for the kids.

Its has high ceilings and 8 foot doors which gives the home a very nice present day feeling. Plus, it has an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living room modern feel.

Its close to 2 Golf Courses one is within 6 and the other is 13 mins drive, Shopping, Sun splash Water Park, Kids activities and lots more.

The canal that the house is on is a freshwater canal and not connected to the Gulf.

The house was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. They were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cape Coral.

Was everything it was said to be

A beautiful location, short drive to almost anything you wanted or needed. The Dominic's were fantastic landlords. There was an issue with the coffee pot and I stated I would just pick one up at the Goodwill, on no she had one delivered to the front door the very next morning. They contacted us and asked did we need anything, was everything ok? We highly recommend this home. Decorated very nice, comfortable. We give it 5 STARS Sonny & Melinda Stokes

Family vacation

Very clean and convenient home. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend the stay. Only thing I would add to the listing is that the canal the house sits on does not connect to the gulf for the saltwater anglers looking to keep the boat in the water. It's only a few minutes drive to the boat ramp so no inconvenience there.
