Starfish is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, close to restaurants and shopping, near Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy with all of its restaurants and shops. The area is a favorite for walking, biking and relaxing.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers lots of space, and has a split floor plan setting up the main suite with its en-suite bathroom and patio access to the left of the home and the queen guest bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom to the right of the home. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
The home offers bicycles for our guests to use (Use at your own risk) to explore the neighborhood.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just relaxing on the sun lounges. You can fish right off the seawall or just watch the passing by boats. Have a cocktail on the boat dock with its own Tiki Hut. The outdoor area offers great space for entertainment while watching your favorite game on the oversized outdoor smart TV or just watching the electric fireplace to set the mood.
