Thank you for your review! Our pools are heated to 85 degrees however the outdoor temperatures can affect the pool temps. The pool does have some imperfections which are surface stains at the bottom and is common with older pools however it is clean and very well maintained. The owners do have intentions on resurfacing the pool at a later time. Each year they make improvements to the property and do the best they can to deliver a great rental property. :) There are TONS of places to visit and things to do! The Paradise Tiki Bar and Grill is actually even closer than the Monkey bar. (which both are in walking distance also including Yellowfin Sushi, Nice Guys Pizza, Blue Agave, Lehne Burger, Subway and Perkins.) Just another street over and you are in the entertainment district of Cape Coral which has TONS of local bars and fabulous restaurants. They also hold weekly farmers markets, local events like art shows, bike night, and many other festivals. There is also a public beach located in the Cape Coral Yacht Club less than 3 miles away which also has a fishing pier, marina, kids playground, and the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill. Let us not forget, Fort Myers Beach is less than 12 miles away and Sanibel is 16 miles! We send local information and maps to you upon final payment and all of this information is found in the property at check-in, too. This is a great location, property, and has everything you need for an epic stay!
