Super large outdoor area with pool and spa
Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.

GREAT HOUSE
We have been coming to Cape Coral for 7 years and this is the best house we have stayed in. The house was very clean. Property manager and owner answered any questions we had very quickly. The pictures of the house are as exactly as the house is. We spent many days enjoying the pool and spacious lanai. This is the perfect house and would love to stay there every year.

Beautiful home!
House and pool area were amazing! Loved being on the canal! Would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was the pool table, which the rails are broken and needs some other work done to it which made it unusable, but there are some nice pool halls in the area to compensate for this.

Great house. We were in the pool and hot tub everyday and evening. The house was very clean and so quiet. Issue on the first day with pool heater. Owner changed pool heater on day two. Very responsive

Beautiful Home
Beautiful home. Loved the infinity pool and hot tub. Very nice, two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds. All amenities you need they had. Nice quiet location. Close to many restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again. Easy check in and good communication between owner and host.

Fabulous Family Villa
Beautiful well equipped and decorated house, in a great area of Cape Coral. Lots of lovely touches, plenty of towels including beach and the pool table was a great addition to escape from the heat. The outside pool area is fantastic with comfortable seating, loungers and bbq area. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay again!

Villa was lovely. Easily accessed for our late evening arrival. Instructions from owner were clear and communication with owner throughout booking process and stay was excellent. Issue with spa was dealt with after dealing with owner direct. Everything about the villa was perfect. Area is quiet and neighbours very friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Our only issue was the management company. No one checked in with us to make sure there were no issues, when they were supposed to visit, they didn't and there is no chance of speaking to them over a weekend. All our communication was direct with Dirk (owner) who was fantastic and replied straight away. Thank you Dirk we had a great time

Enjoyable house and pool
My family enjoyed our time in the sunshine. The house is beautiful. The pictures are accurate. The pool was great. The cape coral area was hit hard by the hurricane. The beaches in the area are closed. The kids didn't mind too much because the pool and deck area of the house are great!
