Nice place

We had 4 golfers use this property as home base. It was clean, well furnished, had comfortable beds, nice pool and grounds. Great to have access to the waterway to fish. Would return here again.

A welcome respite from cold and snow

The house is spacious and the kitchen made it easy to prepare our frequent meals. Each of the three bedrooms provided privacy and comfort to our three couples. The pool and the outdoor living space was our gathering point for actual swimming of laps, to wading and conversations with our family. Everything was very clean and accessible.

Great Time!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Poinciana! The house was great, the weather was beautiful, and the kids loved the pool! Roelen's Vacations was so accommodating during our reservation process and keeps great rental homes, would definitely recommend. It was our first time in Florida, let alone out of the Midwest and all was amazing!

Great property and amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the beautiful house. Kids loved the pool. We could dock the boat right behind the house. It was close to many restaurants - including masala mantra(indian), marranco (Mexican), downtown, quick access to freeway etc Thoroughly enjoyed the vacation with family and friends

House was beautiful, big enough for our family, pool are was simply exceptional, the view on July 4th was unique experience, it could be 100+ just because I am so picky with the cleaning, having a cleaning company it’s difficult find that someone cover my expectations but other than that house was perfect, great neighborhood, not too far from the beach but because the traffic it took more than than expected but we could deal with it. Thanks for letting us stay at your property. Oh… they let us check in early, after long trip, we were so thankful for it.

Excellent property!

The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and welcoming. The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors out to the pool area. Honestly - the house is better than the pictures on VRBO! Online (or through the phone app) checkin and checkout made the process so easy. The management team was very attentive and responded quickly. We had one small issue. I opened a maintenance ticket and it was taken care of quicky. Super nice guy took care of the issue. The house is in a great neighborhood on a very wide channel. We could see dolphins playing in the water . Close to great restaurants and shopping!!! You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Excellent!

We highly recommend this property! The house was immaculately clean and well kept. It was very spacious and we loved the location on the canal. We fished right off the dock and caught many mangrove snappers. The pool was warm and inviting with it's southern exposure. Sunrises and sunsets.... We hope to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again!
