“Had such a good time with our friends that met us there from all corners of the usa!”

“The biggest problem we had was finding our condo! The map and verbal directions were of no help. An address would have been better. We drove around and around. Asked a walker . When we found it , we looked on our maps app and found the address and that helped us get out and back in until we got familiar with the place. The units were spacious and very nice. There was no instructions on how to get the shades down. Tub could use safety bars to help us get in and out. Wish we didn’t have to pay the……

“This is the perfect cabin for a get away! Adorable inside and quiet. Nice little bar and grill across the street. Loved the pool that was clean and relaxing! The owner has put some nice personal touches in it. It was great to be welcomed with a nice note. I will be staying here again!”

“The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip.”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband……

“This property is centrally located to a lot of fun attractions. The pool and arcade were great hits for the grandkids.”

“Where do I even begin. It was my first time in Branson and will definitely not be my last!!! Grotto brought luxury to a whole new level. We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here. Book here you will not be disappointed!!!”

“Rooms were very clean and nice. On site selection of food options (pizza, burgers, tacos, etc). Pool areas seemed nice and well maintained. Child friendly. ”

“This was a great place for a trip to Branson. The house was clean and great, some age spots like a broken drawer here, light out there, slow fridge and stove but functional, nothing serious unless you're a perfectionist. Had everything I needed for a stay with 4 kids. Saved a ton of money by just getting grocery delivery and making our own meals in the full kitchen (pizzas, spaghetti and meatballs, sandwiches). Pre-chilled water in the fridge for outings. SDC and the strip are 10 to 15 minutes……
