“Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen.

It is close to downtown, Harkers Island, and Cape Lookout, It is clean, the gate and apartment key codes worked, it is tastefully decorated. We had no issues of any kind. “Great peaceful getaway — even better in warm weather!I stayed at Adam’s property over Thanksgiving with my dog, and Adam was a wonderful host.
