"This house was absolutely perfect! I stayed here over July 4th with my husband, young child, and friends. The house was just like the photos and very cleanly. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach on the bay side and a short driving distance to other attractions. The house has everything you need and the neighborhood and nice and quiet! "
"Great place located very close to the beach access point. Ideal for family/friend vacations with the large bathrooms and amount of bedrooms. The house is much larger than the pictures show. We had our 18 month old with us. The house was safe and accessible for him. The property hosts responded very quickly to messages and access was easy. The house was well stocked with kitchen/bath/outdoor/beach/living essentials and extras.I would highly recommend and book again."
"This house was falling apart, I don’t know who took those pictures but they deserve an award for hiding all the flaws. Carpet is super dirty, drywall crumbling up the stairs, big stains in bathrooms. It was not worth a tenth of what I paid, this host needs to stop neglecting this house. They have signage posted in the house basically trying to guilt people into leaving 4 or 5 star reviews, but I felt taken advantage of because other than the correct number of beds, I would not have stayed at all and will never rent from this host again if this is what they think is acceptable. I’m just upset I didn’t take pictures, I didn’t know I would have been able to show it. "
