"Craig was a wonderful host. His property is a clean and well maintained, secluded and peaceful retreat from the numerous beach areas. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day. Would happily recommend. "
"Side doors into the hotel were not locked at night - they were unlocked and allowed access from outside to inside the hotel and up the stairwell to rooms on all floors. Doors should be locked and key access only. "

"Me and my family loved staying here! We have nothing bad to say about this beautiful beach house. Crystal was so accommodating and helpful. I forgot to order linens for the week and she connected us with the company that delivers them. We got them the same day we arrived which was amazing! Highly recommend staying here! "
"This house was falling apart, I don’t know who took those pictures but they deserve an award for hiding all the flaws. Carpet is super dirty, drywall crumbling up the stairs, big stains in bathrooms. It was not worth a tenth of what I paid, this host needs to stop neglecting this house. They have signage posted in the house basically trying to guilt people into leaving 4 or 5 star reviews, but I felt taken advantage of because other than the correct number of beds, I would not have stayed at all and will never rent from this host again if this is what they think is acceptable. I’m just upset I didn’t take pictures, I didn’t know I would have been able to show it. "
