「I thought I booked a hotel room, but when I checked in it was outside the hotel, more like a motel room. That is not what I wanted. It had an outside door and again that’s not what I wanted or booked, l booked a hotel room. I didn’t sleep as I was nervous all night with being in a room that opened up to outside. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and staff were great.」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!」

「Solid stay at Candlewood Suites in St. John's. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a very safe part of the city. Our room was updated and fully stocked with everything you'd need. Nice view of Signal Hill in the distance, and the two separate thermostats were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints — would recommend.」
