「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「An absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of the "old town" area near Kloof Street. Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. A really brilliant hotel in every way!」

「A nice hotel. Don't be fooled by the name - it is not on the waterfront, but about a mile from it. However the hotel runs a free shuttle bus on the hour, and back on the half hour to the star of CapeTown, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Harbour and main shopping centre. The breakfast is really good - spoilt for choice. Plenty of staff to bring you coffee and clear plates and tables etc. The staff are all so friendly too. Our room on the 14th floor had a magnificent view of the harbour area....

「Loved this hotel and would surely stay here again. Easy access by Uber to everything I needed and staff incredibly helpful. Nice restaurants in the area, beautiful scenery and Table Mountain looming above. My room was nicely renovated and looked really luxe. I also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna although I had very little time to hang out as I was busy with the Cape Town marathon.」

「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...
