Blouberg Heights 1601 provides its guests with an authentic seaside
holiday experience. Panoramic ocean views and cool/light interiors
complement maritime-inspired décor. Even if you decide to spend some
time indoors – you will always feel as if you are at the beach.
This holiday apartment combines comfort, serenity and style to create
the perfect slice of heaven. The kitchen is intricately styled, with
ample working space and cabinets to ensure your culinary needs are
satisfied. A self-catering apartment is only as strong as its
offerings; thankfully, this apartment comes stocked with all the
necessary appliances to take your self-catering holiday to the next
level. The living area provides guests; with a suitable hub area,
perfect for those intimate early mornings and dusky evenings. The
dining area can seat up to six guests, with the ability to catch a
glimpse of the ocean from the living area.
The main bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom while boasting a
mounted ceiling fan and a double bed. The second and third bedrooms
have two single beds per room. Both of these rooms have access to a
shared bathroom. Each bedroom is styled to accentuate the apartment's
seaside apartment vibe, while the bathrooms are modern and spacious.
The en-suite houses a shower and toilet, while the shared bathroom
contains a toilet, shower and bath.
Blouberg Heights 1601 allows you to experience the best attractions
Bloubergstrand has to offer. Eden on the Bay is a quick drive away,
with Blouberg beach being a short walk from the apartment. Multiple
beachfront restaurants, bars, stores and nightclubs are begging to be
visited, with some unforgettable memories to make during your stay at
Blouberg Heights.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 2A Sir David Baird Drive, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with you knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
