Cecilia, the Property Manager is truly a professional, devoted and one of the kindest persons we met in Cape Town Region. The ocean view is spectacular indeed. The property flooring and some of the accessories need to be either repaired or replaced.

Misrepresentation and maintenance needed

This property was not the property presented in photos. The photos relate to another property in the same building. There is a long-standing maintenance issue with the ensuite toilet. While the agent is generally responsive their 2 interventions were not effective and we had to cease using the toilet. Flooring in the living area is damaged. No toiletries provided. The apartment was comfortable enough and is in a great location with great views. There was noise late at night on Friday and Sat nights.

Horizon Bay 1201 is an incredible apartment, tasteful and stylish in outlook. The marine décor theme makes it a homely and comfortable space. Location is perfect and the views from the balcony are incredibly breath-taking! Cecilia, the property manager was an excellent host! Five Star experience!!
