This studio boasts all mod cons as well as fibre optic . Along with a queen size bed and sofa couch, ideal for a couple or a small family, the kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use.
The studio resides in a new complex with 24 hour security in the heart of Claremont minutes from Cavendish mall and 15 minutes from the Waterfront and the airport as well as being central to tourist locations such as Newlands Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Table Mountain, UCT and the CBD.
Washing and drying facilities are available as is parking.
