includes a toilet, shower, and bath combo. Bedroom 2 offers a
comfortable double bed, while Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an
additional single bed, making it ideal for children or additional
guests. The shared bathroom, Bathroom 2, includes a toilet, shower, and
bath.
Throughout the property, large windows allow natural light to flood the
space, enhancing the spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The clean and
neat furniture arrangements add to the sense of calm, making every room
inviting and full of light. The bedroom windows frame the stunning
views of the bay and mountains, ensuring a serene and restful

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
